Quayside Technical Services is committed to minimising the impact of its activities on the environment. The key points of our strategy to achieve this are as follows:

  • Minimising waste, by ensuring that all operations carried out by the company are as efficient as possible.
  • Minimising toxic emissions by carrying as much work via remote session, rather than by site visit.
  • Promoting recycling within the company and ensuring that all possible waste is recycled.
  • Purchasing (for resale and internal use) computing equipment with the lowest power consumption possible.
  • Promoting “Green Computing” strategies to our clients.

Quality Assurance Policy

Quayside Technical Services has set the following objectives for the successful implementation and delivery of recognised quality assurance standards for the organisation. The quality of the service delivery is controlled through a system of measurement, monitoring and evaluatative procedures designed to incorporate the views and perspectives of clients and Company staff. Our objectives are as follows:

  • To provide the highest standard of service at all times to all individuals, businesses, institutions or any other organisations undertaking business or receiving services from the Company.
  • To operate and main excellent and appropriate standards of delivery in the execution of the day-to-day functions of the Company. In particular this relates to Business Management and Administration, Purchasing, Delivery of Service, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
