With that in mind, whenever we research new products and services, we consider many things rather than just how much profit margin we can make on a sale. Just some of the things that we consider are listed below: - Does the product (and the manufacturer) have a track record for reliability?
- Is the manufacturer's support for the product good?
- Are spare parts and consumables readily available from several sources?
- Is the product easy to set up, and does it require much maintenance?
- Is the product energy efficient?
